Welcome to CM School ERP, a school management system powered by Chunnu Munnu Enterprise! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services.

Definitions

- "System" refers to the CM School ERP software and related services.

- "User" refers to any individual or organization using the System.

- "School" refers to the educational institution using the System.

Use of the System

- The System is designed for educational purposes only.

- Users must be authorized by the School to access and use the System.

- Users must comply with these Terms and the School's policies and procedures.

Intellectual Property

- The System, including software and content, is the property of Chunnu Munnu Enterprise or its licensors.

- Users agree not to reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the System or its content.

User Accounts

- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts.

- Users must notify the School and Chunnu Munnu Enterprise of any unauthorized access or use.

Payment Terms

- The School is responsible for paying all fees and charges associated with using the System.

- Payment terms are as specified in the agreement between the School and Chunnu Munnu Enterprise.

Warranty Disclaimer

- The System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

- Chunnu Munnu Enterprise disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

- In no event will Chunnu Munnu Enterprise be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

- Chunnu Munnu Enterprise's liability for damages will be limited to the amount of fees paid by the School.

Termination

- Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice.

- Upon termination, the School must cease using the System and pay any outstanding fees.

Governing Law

- These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata (India) .

- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Kolkata jurisdiction .

Changes to Terms

- Chunnu Munnu Enterprise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

- Continued use of the System will constitute acceptance of any changes.

By using the System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the System.
